    Troubleshooting, Monitor or videocard?

    hi there!
ASUS p4800-deluxe, MSI6800 256 ultra(7 months old), OCZ 520 ps( 1 month old),ViewSonic E92f+(2.4 yrs old), last night, when I turned on the pc afer been off for about 24 hrs, I notice that it lost it sharpest and kind of blurry ( my first thought was that i was getting much older! lol ) and that the image did not fit the screen size, it was much larger that the last time, now, the image zoom in and out a bit by itself!, not constantly, but now and then, is my videocard or my monitor telling me something??
as always, thanks for your help!
    cheers

try another monitor before you mess with the system.

top down guess: sounds like the refresh rate is changing by itself?

See if the picture is getting slightly flickery when it's really "zoomed in" and more solid when it's back to the normal position.... indicated a monitor slightly on the Fritz, but not sure what to suggest.

it's a pretty wild guess though!

i'd agree with 'knyte - try another screen before tinkering!
