Using Outlook, everything should be stored in your PST file. There are two ways to do this. You can use the Export tools from the File menu and then select everything in your mailbox. This should include your contacts. Then export them to a PST and burn it to a cd if it will fit, then import on the new computer.

The other option is to find outlook.pst (In most cases) in your profile, and copy it to the new machine, then import it.

First, uncheck hidden files and folders.

    Then, go to C:\Documents and Settings\&YourUserNameHere\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

You'll find a file here named Outlook. Copy that, and place it into the same directory on your new PC.....

Outlook's one PST file holds all email, folders, contacts, calendars...etc.
