P4 3.2 finally at 4.0 GHz
I increased the voltage to 1.525 and viola, 4 GHz stable!

Congrats on a very good OC. How are the temps?
-
38C idle and around 48C load, I'm very impressed so far. With low temps like that, I'm tempted to push the voltage and see if I can overclock it more.

Great overclock and seriously what do you use for cooling?

I'm using a Thermaltake SonicTower Fanless CPU cooler with a Vantec Stealth 120mm case fan. I put Vantec copper headspreaders on my RAM too. There are 6 80mm case fans assisting with the cooling job as well.
Here are full system specs:
P4 3.2E at 4.00 GHz (1000 MHz FSB)
Thermaltake Sonic Tower w/Vantec Stealth 120mm Case Fan
ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe

Vantec Iceberg DDR Copper Heatspreaders
BFG Geforce 6600 GT OC 128MB DDR3 AGP8X at 600/1200 MHz
Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer
Sound Blaster Live! 24-Bit
Leadtek Winfast TV2000 Expert PCI TV-Tuner
ALi PCI USB2.0/Firewire Controller
Western Digital WD120JB 120 GB 7200 RPM 8 MB (Primary Master)

do you think your system is comparable to dual xeon 3.0 irwindale system?
-
Possibly, but I think having higher performance memory and possibly high RPM SATA hard drives would help. The memory in this PC is just off the shelf value RAM, with heatspreaders and overclocked.
