OE PassWord

I have this computer I'm working on an the owner says 'bout ounce a week or so the OE password gets erased. The check box to remember the password is checked an all he has to do is re-enter the password an he's good for another week. Has any1 ever come accross this or what can cause this?

Checked the system 4 virus, adware spyware .... etc... an alls clean.

Thanks, gave it a try but only time will tell if it's the problem or someone is tring to steal his email account.

Had him cantact his ISP an told them 'bout the problem an the ISP will keep a eye out if anyone is tring to steal the account.
