    System down need help!!!!!!!!

    Whats up everyone. I am having some problems with one of my systems. My mobo is the p4T-E. Anyway when I hit the power button absolutely nothing happens. I tested the power supply and it was fine. I didnt believe the tester so I threw in an extra antex PS and still nothing. Next I thought maybe the switch was bad so I swaped the reset switch and the power button. Still nothing.

    The mobo led is lit but the system will not boot or even spin a fan for that matter. I removed all devices to make sure nothing was shorting out the system.
    Do you think my mobo is shot??

    Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

    Might try rechecking all of your connections just an idea. Also could try removing the MB and bench test it. Good Luck

    Yep sounds gone, you can use a screw driver on the motherboard power button pins two to test to see if it is the motherboard.

    Unhook all the drives in case one of them is shorted & loading down the power supply.

    sounds like the board is dead.

    if it was the cpu, you would at least get power.
    if it was ram or video, the mb would beep.

    pull out any extra pci cards too.
