    it gets hot enough to require a heatsink. all stock 6600 series AGP cards I've seen have it. the standard zalman vf700 kit doesn't come witn an hsi replacement, so that's they Zalman came out with this one.

    Yes the HSI heatsink on my 6600GT AGP gets EXTREMELY hot and thats even with a extra fan pointing staright at the graphics card.
