Optical audio to RCA
I don't know if this is an appropriate forum to ask this, but I didn't know where else to go. I have a sound system that connects to a computer for the audio source. At high volumes there is a buzz that is quite audible. This is of course created by the mobo vibrations. I have optical audio output on the board so that would be a perfect solution to my problems. What I need is a converter that would take the optical signal and turn it into a left and right rca signal. Does this device exist and how much and where can I get it?

Do you have digital RCA ( S/PDIF Coaxial ) inputs on the receiver? Then you can use this. http://www.digitalconnection.com/products/audio/co2.asp
If not something like this http://www.amabilidade2002.com/toslink.htm
