    Geforce4 440MX worth the change?

    A friend gave me a geforce4 440mx card. I have a 3dfx voodoo3 3000 currently. Is it worth the hassle to swap the voodoo for the geforce4, being the geforce is old and slow also? I play some games but not many.

    Although the MX440 is weak by todays gaming standards, it is a lot more powerfull than that Voodoo3... So, again, YES swap it out

    try finding updated drivers for the voodoo also. ain't gonna happen.

    Still chuggin along on my 64MB GeForce 4 MX 440 playing HL2 among others..







    the GeForce 6800 went back.

    yup, geforce 4 mx here as well, runs doom 3 fine (small print.. low quality settings, but it can do 1024x768!)

    fine old cards they are, swap it in!! definitely worth it, the voodoo is archaic!!
