HP L2235 23" widescreen LCD w/FX 5900 card DVI problem

just got my new 23" HP L2335 1920x1200 widescreen LCD in the mail yesterday.
OMFG it looks AWESOME..

but I'm having a small problem.
got a standard analog D-SUB cable
hooked up to my FX 5900 card..
works fine... but the DVI-I cable
hooked up to the card doesn't work..
when I switch the montior to digital
DVI mode, it doesn't see any signals.

any thoughts or advice?

nevermind... figured it out.

apparently having both cables
connected at the same time
created 2 profiles in nvidia's
nView app. I was able to switch
between the 2 and get the DVI
cable to work... although I don't
see a visual difference between the
D-SUB and the DVI..

wierd.
