    external western digital hardrive usb2.0 supports Gig?

    Hi, I have 80 gig external hdd by western digital usb 2.0, model # WDXU800BBRNN , & I need more space.
    So, I wanted to know if this would supports a 200 gig hdd if I swaps the hdd ?
    There's no info in western digital website.

    It depends how old the enclosure is. Some older ones won't support greater that 127GB.

    I would try it. You can always get another cheap enclosure. Walmart has the ADS one.
