    Email virus tracking

    Hi folks,

We run Exchange 2000 and Symantec Mail Security. Occassionally, we end up with a virus somewhere in the system. I am wondering if anyone can tell me how I can centrally view header information in email messages.

Currently I end up having to visit the computer of the person who received a virus via email to view the header and determine where it is coming from (or have the user forward the header info).

I am guessing there is an easier way for me to get this info. I would appreciate any wisdom you good folks can pass along to me.

    Thanks so much,

    Littleguy

If it helps, we are using 90% Windows 2000 Professional with a few XP workstations.

The servers are all W2K and the Exchange server software is 2000, but I believe I mentioned that already.
