    Who is it thats in charge of doing this? I remember something like this happening when searching for weapons of mass destruction. It turned up THIS page. I'm sure it has to be done intentionally.

    groups of people work at it by searching for something specific and then all clicking on a same link from the google results, thus pushing the page higher and higher up on the google search results...before you know it, something like this happens.
