    Something else in that line of thinking. More so about the benefit of raid vs. non-raid for a regular single PC.

    The point of those articles is to say that RAID0 is unnecessary and does not provide significant performance gains for most users.

    And I am saying that I disagree with that. I think RAID is awesome. It is NOT for everyone but it does have its good points.

    At least RAID 1 and RAID 5 do...
