I did search up and down ms website BPB, but I want to change the backround screen when you lock the work station and the dialog box say this computer is locked by

I understood your last post.

That last link is specifically for changing the wallpaper behind the logon dialog. If it doesn't work for locking the station or changing users, I can't help you further. Sorry.
