Anyone here knows an image enhancing software?
The one that you see on TV?? The one used by the government for instance, one that will enhance a blurry picture or a pixelated picture when you zoom from a surveillance camera or something?? Does such software exist?? And if it does, is it available to the public??

Yes, such software exists..but, the image must be high quality resolution to begin with.
I have seen images that were much enhansed with software, but it usually tales a very skilled individual to do it if the image is not a really good one to begin with. In cases like this..it is not so much enhancing, as it is replacing pixels as needed.
Adobe Photoshop can do wonders, if you have the patience to learn how to use it.

Don't believe anything you see on TV. You can't do it like they show it. You can however change the brightness, contrast and color to view a picture better. If the information is simply not there to begin with then you can't do something with nothing. End of story.

Photoshop is an amazing program if you learn to use it, but it has a pretty sharp learning curve.
