    Northbridge Temps

My northbridge is running at 38C idle which is 1 degree C higher than my XP2600 @ 2.33ghz runs at 1.85 volts. Ya'll recommand an ICE berg cooler or somthing?

Shuttle AN35N ultra which has passive cooling.

Don't worry about 38C. That is fine. Mine chipset idles at 45C with active cooling(Vantec Iceberg). Don't be concerned about upgrading your cooling unless you are having a heat related problem.

Yeah, the only reason to upgrade cooling is either if stability of the system is compromised or overclocking is limited.

In all honesty I've never been northbridge-heat-limited when overclocking - but definitely MOSFET-limited.

    Something to keep in mind.
