Motherboard Monitor Alarm
Suddenly I keep having the -5 volt alarm sounding with radings of -5.54 to -5.6 volts. Is this something I should be concerned about? I noticed this when I replaced my power supply with a 350 watt one dut to the old 300 watt supply making a noise I didn't like.
I replaced the supply again today with a 430 watt one, and still getting the alarm.
I am running Windows 2000 SP3, Abit BP6 with two Celeron 366 processors overclocked to 550. I recently put in a 80 GB Maxtor hard drive. I have a DVD drive and CD RW drive, floppy, another hard drive.
Any help out there? Thanks.

I got pie!!!
Even if you five volt line was 5.6 volts, there is no real need to be alarmed.
Motherboard moniter may have a settings tab that should allow you to adjust the alarm trigger, say to 4volts or 6 volts for example, I'd just uninstall MM if it gets on your wick.
