    Password change required daily

    One of my users is required to change their password every day. The network consists of W2K Small Business Server and Windows XP client PCs. The domain policy is set for 45 days. Everyone else has to change every 45 days except this one user.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    You must check the local (workstation) password policy. The user may be logging on locally.

    Local policies are not SUPPOSED to override domain policies, but I was thinking that.

    Did you check the account properties? Maybe something is getting screwed up there.

    The user logs into the domain not the machine so local policies should not apply, I will check them.

    I checked the user account and policies on the server and didn't see any problems. Again this is one user out of 30 that is having a problem.
