Sim city 300 multiplayer?

Hi, me and a couple roomates wanted to know if theres a way we can play sim city 3000 on lan or something, as inusing a full map but havng a secontion for each of our cities... i know maxis has maps you can play on but there all butchered as well we want our own map so no one else screws with the terrain.

if anyone has any ideas or knows if this is possible let me know. thanks for your time

I thought it had some multi-player functionality.
You'd think Sim City would be multi by now.

I still play SC2000, its got the right ballance between fun and frustration.

Naw, none of the SimCity games have mult. player, but that's a pretty good idea. I have played 2000 since way back when and sometimes give it one more day of my life. i also own 3000 and that's sorta fun, but not too much excitment.

Simcity 2000 is very fun. It would definatly be even more fun with multiplayer.
