Is that the only problem? Does it boot normally into Windows if you are not trying to access the BIOS?

OOHH yer sorry should have said thats the only problem i have... and this is one is enough lol
other wise it will boot fine and log on 2 net, that how i posted my question lol

you never did say what motherboard you have.
You can access the bios through:
Delete
F1
F2
F8
F12
Also don't hammer the key, or you may generate a keyboard read error. Do it while the bios is flashing.

This might sound like an odd question but, have you recently done something different with your fans?

i have an abit kg7 lite board, runnin window xp, and never had problem b4 gettin in2 the bios, and ive always used the delete key and it worked fine.
Ive only go in2 the bios now again just to check things are ok, that was just a fig or speech lol, sry
also ive done nothing to the fans on the case
and i dont bang the keys down just press it down as usual

Im back, well i tryed that pressing f1, f2, f8 and f12 and couldnt see anthing there about gettin into the bios, and pressed delete again aswell and still the same as first post as in pic,
pressin f keys just gave me options starting safe mode, command prompt and so oon.. u no the rest...
So any other ideas would be gr8 thanks alot

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU went to the abit site. Opened my case up and remembered that i installed an ultra quiet fan in my case weeeeks ago lol
Changed the connector that the fan was attached to.... booted up pressed delete key and guess what, went straight into BIOS.
