    aol trouble

    can some please tell me why my aol internet connection keeps dialing up on its own 2 the internet please help cheers ray

    When is it doing this? On boot-up? Or what?

    Jumping the gun here a bit.... some causes could be: another application is requesting access to the internet such as Outlook Express or your anti-virus program, or you have a virus/spyware that wants to connect. Update and run your antivirus program, download and run Spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/ .
    Check the settings in any programs you run online and make sure they are not set to "connect automatically".

    aol trouble

    it connects when it whats even if u just leave it on and not usin it it will just dial up

    Have you tried running Spybot , Ad-Aware , don't forget to also install the newest Reference file.
    Also, run a virus scan.
