Control Panel > System > Advanced > Startup and Recovery.
Untick "Automatically restart" and set memory dump to None.
Hopefully, you'll get a blue-screen error with a message next time.

Your temps are fine, quite cool for an OC really. Try going into system properties in Windows XP, Advanced, Startup and Recovery settings, and under debugging info choose none from dropdown menu. See if Windows produces a BSOD with an error code. Might be due to OC settings in BIOS. What are your memory timings?

Nothing that would force a reboot...unless the temp reaches 70ยบ and your BIOS is set to shutdown ad that temp...Follow BpB's tip and post back the error message. What are you doing when the PC reboots?

What motherboard and memory are you using?
I'm only asking this, because I used to get the same error with my Epox 8rda3+ motherboard and (2) 512mb Kingston PC3200 ram. When the ram was in slots 1 and 3, I would get the same error. When the ram were in slots 1 and 2, I quit getting the error.

this is not good news but better knowing what is causing my problem than it driving me mad in the long run.hopefully this is all that is wrong .Willrun pc for a while to make sure it doesnt restart
again. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP!.

Try memtest on each stick of ram, individually. See which stick has the errors. If they don't come up with an error individually, then the sticks may not like playing well with each other.
