Too bad! This movie is set in the present and the space marines don't even exist.

It will feed him for a day

    It will feed him forever

The official AVP movie website has been totally rebuilt, and now contains loads of new material on the movie. It's for registered users only, I already seen it and it rocks!

I have to say that the plot about 'teenage' predators just plain sucks. Its the lack of plot that made the first movie great, and the attempted injection of a plot that totally ruined P2.
The alien series was wreked by the overdriving need to make it accessable after movie #2 and stick in a plot other than the standard war film if the 2nd movie, or the 'smart people doing dumb things' plot of the 1st movie.

Move away from these 2 basic staples of sci-fi and you meet with financial disaster or critical disaster (synonimous a lot of the time).

    God I hate quicktime!!

The whole point in releasing trailers/teasers on the net is to get them viewed by as many people as possible.
When you're tied to an internet connection and unable to actually save the clips to your hard drive this point is completely lost.
I'm pretty sure you can actually download the clips (though its a bit of a pain)

If you go to View-> Source you can find the URL of the movie, then just paste it into a Download Manager (Like DAP) and you can download it straight to your harddrive.

    Where there's a will, there's a way

with the full (paid) version of QT you get a save option.
But I shouldn't have to pay just to be able to see a clip offline.

The movie companies really reduce the reach of their trailers by not offering a simple download option.

Is there a Electronic Frontier Foundation in the US??

I heard that it supports the distribution of movies in the Internet.

Yeah I saw the trailer at movies yesterday.....very nice!

I hope the story line is good. I mean where is Ripley? She is a human alien hybrid. I wonder if they will include history from the other movies timelines.
Lost 10,000 miles from home and loving it!!
