    sattelite images

    once upon a time I had a link, not terraserver, a better one that got close enough to see the weeds in my back yard. I think I got it on this site but a search didn't turn it up. Oh yea it was free & I don't think I had to register or any of that crud.

    I believe I remember the satellite site you are talking about.. I had it at one time, but their viewing software you had to install caused me some headaches (turned out to be flaky ram later) and I uninstalled the stuff... I have been looking for that site ever since you first started this thread..and cannot find it.. I'm beginning to believe its history.
