Midnight Club 2 is out on PC. I've seen it at Wal-Mart. When I picked it up to look at it, "Fast and Furious" is exactly what I thought of. It's even by RockStar - the makers of the wonderful GTA Vice City Should be pretty sweet if that's the type of game you're looking for!

The new NFS loosk very good, but its gonna be a while methinks.

As for 2Fast 2 Furious...is it me or were the driving and the stunts nothing spectacularly groundbreakign and most of the wow factor came from the cars on display, rather than how said cars were being used.

That said, still an essential movie for all good boy racers

I been looking closer at idnight club and to be honest it loosk a bit consoley for my likes, the gfx dont looks quite what they could be to me and the cars look a bit on the simple side, also the gameplays supposed to be horrendously arcadey

The car handling is absolutely ****. It turns just WAY too fast, it's too hard to control them.

Midnight Club 2: I've played it for XBox and it sucks - I have no interest in the PC version. I found Crazy Taxi 3 more stimulating. :P I'm not sure about the average age of everyone here, but MC2 is marketed towards those who aren't even old enough to drive. The dialogue is pathetic and the car control/physics is severely lacking... doesn't matter how man NOS stickers you slap on it.

I'd like to see a decent street racing/driving game that's actually developed with the entuisiast in mind.
