Im trying to set up a network between a system running windows ME, and windows 2000...i have the internet connection shared, but i cant seem to find the place to share the files, ive tried to make a "home network wizzard disk" from the host computer(windows ME) and run it on the other, but it says i need to have windows 95, 98, or ME, is there anything i can do...suggestions?

shouldn't this be in the networking forum?
you're using the winme as the ics host?
anyways, you need to have both systems in the same workgroup. make sure to login on the winme system using "client for microsoft networks" as your primary logon. don't use windows logon. create the winme user account on the win2k system or just use the same username and password for both systems.
to share folders, just right click on the folder and enable sharing. if you don't see that on the winme machine, go into network properties and check the box to enable file sharing.
