    Who needs themes or special software?

    I just choose a wallpaper, go to appearance in the display properties to select the windows colors, etc. and then to sounds to add any .wav file I want for my sounds. I have a file full of icons and pointers, for the items that use them, and can change them whenever.

    Special software? Phooey,

    All this can be done on Win95,98 and ME, not sure about XP yet, but I'm sure it can be done
