my friend wants to build a new intel system under 1,000 dollars and he could use some of the parts of his old comp for his new one. so if you guys can recommend a good overrall specs for him thanks

he wants 512 mb ram, a intel pentium 4, a asus motherboard, 52x CD-rw, onboard Sound, Video card/video editing card, Full-atx case w/ PSU
