    Savage 4 vs Tnt 2 M64

Yeah, two classics, I have them bout stuck in a drawer to install in an old PC, which is best in your opinion, forget about 3dmark.

Remember that nvidia's drivers are easy to get, and savage's are almost impossible, does anyone know where???

Probably the TNT, but perhaps trial and error will tell. What's the old PC like, spec-wise?

Hehe, make an effort not to laugh...

It's a Celeron 233 with 96mb of ram and an ISA sound card :S

3d mark is out of way simply because the processor is so lame that the results are both incredibly bad, not that much of a difference, I might change the processor of that pc to a 400 mhz though.

If you switch to the 400 it will make better use of whichever card you decide on. I'd just go with the TNT simply for ease of locating the driver.

depends on what it's to be used for. the savage4 has excellent dvd playback because of its built-in motion compensation hardware. in fact, the savage should have better visual quality overall. Also, the thing should run circles around the tnt while playing unreal tournament using the s3 metal drivers option in the game. Personally, I think the savage is much better overall.

You should be able to get the drivers at below:

or just use the glsetup drivers

If that's the case, then take scourge's word over mine.
