The early tests showed around 21000+ in 3DMarks 03

i feel so stupid buying an X800 pro back in June. i shouldve waited a few month and gotten the 6800GT, the X800 pro is still a great card though.

Low score: 4605

I just reformatted windoze, i used to get in the 5000 range before the reinstall.

I did no hardware editing whatsoever, all newest drivers are installed, services are optimised, minimal programs running, and disk is defragmented.. what else could i do to improve the score?
For non-3d work this PC is flying along, stuff loads in the blink of an eye, faster than ive ever seen before. It even boots from end of POST to logon screen in about 3/4 seconds.

2.8GHz P4
512mb PC2700 RAM
Asus P4G8X Delux
SB Audigy 2
Radeon 9700
120gb Maxtor 7200rpm drive
XP Pro

i would say that is a pretty good score for the 9700.

Here's my 3DMark 03 scores...

This is with the core up to 455 and the memory up to 760.

Still 2500+ at 11x200
512MB Kingston
Asus A7N8x Deluxe
High-Quality Allied 400W PSU
