And I'm using 51.74's for gaming...the only time I ever saw the lag was with my p4 3.06 & ti4600 & 9700pro but I think it was the intel chip. I hated that chip....but I'm really happy with this one!

I rather think, that it was the GPU. I also have a Ti 4600 and I can only play UT2003 fluid at max. 1158x864 and low details or 1024x768 and highest details. When my CPU isnt oced, I can only use 1024x768 and high (but not highest) details.

You only get thermal throttling when your CPU gets very warm. Its better for your CPU to get a better cooling than to turn of thermal throttling.

Yes I know.....but my 3.06 used to go up and down even when the temps were low 18-21C. One test vroom next test snail speed. I was never happy with the intel performance so I kept going back to AMD. But this new one

Now I have 3 intel's & 5 amd's

Who says ATI and Nvidia cant work well together,cause there living in perfect harmoney in my PC
I think if i got 400 fsb sticks of ram my score might be a lil higher.
