Well MadPistol.......
Just go in the bios and raise the fsb and the voltages a bit, until it gets unstable. May want to use a 5/4 cpu:dram ratio if your ram is holding you back more than you like (the overclock gained will be worth it) For voltages, 1.7v vcore is what I used. 2.7v for my dram. (Vcore sorta high for extended use, but whatever)
If you dont have the options in your bios, look around for some dip switches on your mobo. If you have neither, your sorta out of luck, unless you want to buy a new mobo, or severly mod it.
BTW, overclocking my graphics card seems to help my 3dmark score a WHOLE LOT more than overclocking my cpu. (It was using only about 30% of the proc anyway) Powerstrip is a good multi-card clock rate changer, though I used RadLinker. Could tweak your ram timings also, though I havent noticed any difference on faster comps.

Over clocking my video card as much as I can without compromising any hardware damage isn't enough. the Ti 4200 can be over clocked to ti 4400 speeds without extra cooling being a necessity. the only thing is that on 3dMark03 it raises scores by only about 50-70 marks (since the geforce 4 ti's aren't capable of producing DX9 supported hardware acceleration) the 3dmark 2001 though is a different story all together. It raises my score by almost 1000 marks. That's my only truly reliable benchmark.

this is exactly why you don't get a dell. It has a freakin heat sink on the cpu of a 2.8 ghz p4. IT'S STONE AGE TECHNOLOGY! they need to modernize and put a fan on the cpu. if that happened, I would overclock it.

Ok im going of your topic a wee bit here so my Apologies <---less typing involved , I have 3dMark 2003 I benched my computer about 2 days ago before installing the patch for the so called cheating,
this is my system specs
P4 2.4 533 FSB OC @ 3.00
768 PC2700 DDR
ASUS P4PE <---recomended BR BIgjaks and bill thnks love it
TI4600 OC of course running nice
845 Chipset
2 X 120 GB HDD
DVD-Rom
CD-RW
Ok anyways when I benched it without the Patch for NVIDIA’s cheating I got Score of 1500, I then downloaded the Patch for 3dmark done one more bench and my score jumped from 1500 to 2100, how is that? Did i do something wrong, I done both bench marks at the res of 1280X1224, just a lil curios is all. Sorry for pulling of your topic guys

Abit NF7-S rev. 2.0 BIOS18
Athlon 2600+ @ 2400mhz (200x12)
Vantec Aeroflow
1 GB Crucial PC3200
ATI Radeon 9800 pro @ 426/365
3DMarks: 5900
Im not positive that this setup will pass the prime95 torture test(it did at 2300mhz). Is it going to be dangerous pushing the radeon any further than that? Also, CPU temp at full load is about 55 C (42C idle)...getting dangerously high? Thanks
