Yes, yourright, it is 1001.c as came with the board. With the in built flash utility I thought you had upgraded already, (thought mine was 1001 and c was the upgrade, never mind, old age don't come alone )

Although I suppose when I upgrade my cpu I shall do the flash to 1002.

Epox 8RDA+ has been doing better with overclocking than the Asus A78NX.

    I am running 8RDA+
    XP2100 @ 2410MHZ 12X200fsb
    Corsair XMS CAS2 3200 2X256mb

A few friend have the A78NX and cant get past 190FSB.

When I do the Northbridge VDD mod, I plan on running between 220-230fsb speeds
    Epox 8RDA+
    XP2100 215fsb SYNC
    Corsair XMS 3200 5-2-2-2 (430mhz)
    BB ATI 9700pro(8X)
    Maxtor diamondmax 7200 40g ATA133

Not with a 33mhz PCI lock

Many 8RDA's have gone above and beyond 220FSB, I know of a few in the 235-245mhz range without corruption issues

Right now I'm running 200 FSB on The 8-RDA+.... 2100+ @ 2.5GHz.. and don't plan to do a vdd mod. You really don't need more than 200 for a processor under 2.8GHz. ...FSB will go all the way up to 206...
