    Best deals you made?

I'm seeing what is the best deal you made. Like I bought for $8.00 a HP laserjet 6p laser printer from goodwill. Been using it ever since. Don't know if this type of thread is been done before.

I'd say 50bux for a laptop that has A PII @ 300mhz and total of 96mb of ram along with so much stuff that when I sold them, I got three time the money back

as well as a 19" KDS Monitor for $119-129 when it was marked for $250, wallfart messed up.

The monitor from wallmar was a store mess up.

It was supposed to be $250. But there wasn't a SKU bar code on it. Instead there was one written in a marker and when the lady typed in the code, it came up to being $129.99 and when she looked up at what it rang up, it was the monitor

guess it was my lucky day

A customer of mine gave me a really nice Canon plain paper fax that he said wouldn't work so he was tossing it out.
I replaced the ink cart with a cheap knock-off cart and its been going fine ever since.

I still haven't told the guy yet Not sure I will.

Sukuki ap50 in 1979, 50 quid 125 miles on it, rust blocking fuel tap strainer, cleaned it out worked great It did 50+ mph and cost 550 quid new. Get this, after I got it they regulated mopeds to 30 mph and eventualy I sold it for 650 and bought a Suzuki GS1000 at the ripe old age of 17. But I digress that moped was the best bargain ever.

I got a set of Klipsch 4.1 PC speakers for an AthlonXp 2100 palomino. I had owned the chip for 1 year at the time, I was gonna sell it for $60, but he traded me those bomb speakers straight up.

My old dorm neighbor was throwing out a Panasonic 5 CD stereo setup, really nice looking. He said it needed a new "circuit breaker". Well I took it off his hands for free, took a look around and noticed that a fuse was missing on a PCB, so I rolled a piece of tin foil, popped it in there, fired it up, and I am still using it today. I don't think I ever told the guy though. Good deal.

My buddy bought a 1989 BMW M5 for $700 last year from a friend. If you have ever driven a 1989 M5, you know that they were far ahead of their time.
