    Tried Static IP Address.
Ran winipcfg, very helpful, thanks, got all pertinent info there.
Plugged in Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, and DNS Server.

Now, Linux thinks everything is hunkydory, but no, still not connected.

Called ISP, they were very helpful, but said static IP address is a no-no and I will automatically get booted off if I assign static IP eventually!

Don't want to jeopardize my existing connection so..

I'm walking the dog and forgetting about it for awhile.

I'LL JUST USE LINUX OFFLINE, OR MAYBE TRY DIAL-UP WITH IT TOMORROW.

Thanks for all your great help, but don't rack your brains anymore on this one, I'm outta here. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Whew! Finally got it. Here is my summary of what I think happened.

ISP allows me one IP Address (dynamically). If I want a 2nd IP address they charge an extra fee per month. I have switched back and forth between 2 computers accessing internet and it works as long as they are both Windows. As soon as I log on using Linux (Wham!), ISP sees it as a 2nd IP Address and slams the door shut.

Got a Siemens Gateway Router, and now Linux is no longer recognized by ISP as a 2nd IP Address because Gateway Router is only IP address. Linux is connected to the internet.

Works great! Thanks everyone for all the suggestions to help me through this.
