    i want to set an password on win2k

    I want to set an password on WIn2k so no1 can get into my PC... i know how to do it on XP but not win2k..

    Not really. Press Alt-Ctrl-Del and then Change Password. Obenton is right if you want to create a new account, however.

    did you set your PC to AUTO LOG IN?

    if you did, you just need to Dissable that option.

    by default you'll need a user name and password to login

    But WIn2k doesnt have USer and Password in control panel

    My Win2k has Users and Passwords in the Control Panel . You can also change passwords in Computer Management under Local Users and Groups/Users
