sorry was busy today....
the style is OSXP 1.02 update and can be found here:

the background picture is from another visula style of this site and the round glass icosn as well. the other icons are from this icon pack i have. i used iconphile to change the default icons on winxp (works with all win), (doesnt need to run to have icons in changed state, you change them ones thats it, they stay like that)

if anyone wants the icons pm me with ur email i zip them and send them to u

this is my final desktop i wont change it propably forever cause it suits me perfectly fine, maybe the backgroun picture but the style and icons..... they are easy to use and i love them

Thanks germanjulian. I found out i already have that style. What did you use to make the stuff round?And to get rid of the lines on the task bar?

what do u mean lines on the taskbar??... right click the taskbar and lock the taskbar must be enabled!!!!!! then looks better
