I lot of my PC parts that I replace with better ones twnd to be given as hand me downs to PCs owned by family members etc.

I had a Voodoo 3 PCI which is now in my sister's PC. I have a Creative Labs TNT2 in storage. (TNT something anyways, I've never used it ) I am currently using a GeForce 2 MX Dual Display, soon to be closeted for the Radeon 8500 on it's way to me

Started with a Diamond Monster 3D accelerator....

Upgraded to Voodoo3 2000 PCI. Worked great upto half life, then I needed a change.

Discovered the wonders of AGP with a Rage Fury Pro, and quickly graduated to a Radeon 7200. Then came Max Payne and I couldn't play it without all the features turned on....

6 months later I got a Radeon 8500 64mb when the price dropped to $200 USD. I outfitted it with ram sinks and a thermaltake fan to make it harder for me to part with it. (to think this madness all started with Legos)

I have made a promise to myself to NOT upgrade again until at least after christmas 2002. I don't know if I can keep that promise though....

Gainward Geforce 2 450/Pro Golden Sample
    MSI 8820 Geforce 2 GTS
Visiontek Geforce 2 GTS-V all currently in current systems

Guillemot Phoenix Banshee PCI waiting in reserve!

    Still trying to decide between:
    Radeon 8500LE ($99)
    Chaintech geforce 3 ti200 ($98) and
Gainward Geforce 4 4200 Ti ($154) for the next upgrade
I know the GF4 4200Ti is the best, but don't know if I can force myself to spend over$150 on a video card!

    First one: ATI Mach 64
    Second one: Viper TNT2 Ultra
    Third one: Radeon 8500

I only get a new one when absolutely necessary. I don't have money to burn...
