    duel booting Asus A7V266-E

    Hello I just bought a Asus MB model A7V266-E. I am duel booting windows xp and windows 98se. Before I installed the MB everything was working right, now windows 98 doesn't reconize my cd-roms. Does anyone have any idea why this would be? The only thing I changed was the MB the cpu which is a AMD 1800 and the ram which is now 2100 256megs.

    Well I posted on so many boards because on most boards you don't get any response at all so I was maxmizing my chances for some help if. Reading the same post bothered you I'm real sorry you had to open the link 4 times. Oh btw instead of telling people not to bother helping me why don't you just ignore the link and go on to something else.

    If you replaced mobo and cpu you will need to format and reinstall! Or remove everything from device manager and reboot but that doesn't always work.
