    Dawn to Dusk

    My wife posed this one for me to consider today ....

    Why does dawn 'break' and 'dusk' fall.

    In her great experience both seem so very negative for what are two beautiful moments in the day!!!

    Well I'm stumped .........

    Basily Farmers developed the use of those terms as they related to thier lives
    Breakfast before or just at dawn and the workday ended with the fall of dusk when the people in the fields would slowly lose light to work
    Those farmers rarely got the chance to appreciate the beauty that surrounded them, they mostly had more work than daylight
    If you geta chance watch the new showonPBS about living in the1880 in the midwest as pioneers ... I can't remember the name of the program but you will recognise it when see the promos
