via apollo pro 133 - help me plz..

can anyone help me refering to via chipset : apollo pro 133

    i'm running on gigabyte ga-6vxe+ ...
    celeron 433@488MHz (75MHz x 6.5)
    creative labs riva tnt 2 32mb agp o/c @ 150/180
    256mb sdram (1x 128 pc133 , 2x 65 pc100) apacer

    what i know is agp runs @ 66MHz & 2x @ 133MHz .

after overclocking.... i discover my agp card clock frequency increased ......... 125/150 to 140/170

Sandra 2002 reported my current agp speed : 2x 67MHz (152MHz data rate)

will fsb effect my overall speed .... agp speed ..... pci speed ..... etc ???

    is this normal???

    To put it simple :
    You got FSB@66MHz.
PCI divider is "1/2", so PCI would work @33MHz.
AGP divider is "1/1", so AGP would work @66MHz, 2x66=133MHz (AGP 2x).

    When overclocked :
    Your FSB now @75MHz.
Which means your PCI now is @37.5MHz.
Your AGP now is @75MHz, 2x75=150MHz (Sandra can mistake sometimes, especially on o/ced systems)

So, to answer to your question : yes, increasing FSB frequency also increases work speeds of other devices in your system, which means that everything would work faster

so if ur fsb is 100Mhz ...... or 133Mhz....
    your agp will be running at 100MHz (2x 200MHz) / 133MHz (2x 266MHz)
    & pci will be running at 50MHz / 67MHz ?????

    Not necessarily.

The AGP speed is based off the PCI speed. AGP=2xPCI. PCI = 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4 (or more!) of FSB. Typical FSB ranges are 66-83 for 1/2, 84-123 for 1/3, and 124+ for 1/4. I don't know where the dividers cut off for your motherboard, but I think that one is a recent model, so it should hold true to these lines. Figure your PCI and multiply it by 2 for AGP.
