    SETI BANDWITH?

    The seti bandwith seams to have got a little better this week.
    At least i can login in the morning before i go to work now.
    Even if i carnt at night.

    That's gotta be driving them nuts, to have so many people wanting to participate, but not being able to fully utilize the resources available to further their project.

    Well, start of a new month just a few days ago, so perhaps, they do have to drop connections on purpose towards the end on the month, when they are running low on thier allowed bandwidth.

    The Berkeley site said that they are purchasing extra bandwidth, through donations, that will make things better, but not perfect.

    Also, it sounds as if several SetiQueue public servers are being set up to get some traffic away from Berkeley. Read more about it on the S@H site, and point your SetiQueue program in a new direction!
