What OS? Which devices do you need drivers for?
SR5000 is the series. When I google KJ389AA-ABA, it brings up the Compaq Presario SR5433WM.

Bluestacks works for a lot of things, but some apps are CPU dependent. Ex. some apps won't run on Intel CPUs

You can't run Android apps on your PC either, unless you're running some kind of Android emulator or something like that. Even then, there's no guarantee that you can run any app.

I wouldn't assume the PSU is ok just because you see a green light. I would swap it out for a known good PSU as a test.
