I had a very similar problem. Use HijackThis and the programs Lord Anthrax mentions and do what he says,It fixed my problem.

Great everything is working well again i can use taskmanager and msconfig without problems,i also ran hijack this again and msconfig unchecked everything on startup while in safemode on both...

Alright Lord Anthrax well i did all of what you told me and spysweeper found alot more stuff than adaware and spybot. And this is the log i got from HijackThis plus the screenshot of my startup...

I ran Hijackthis and cwshredder but nothing seems to be working. Also its weird I dont have any viruses and I couldnt start hijackthis with the filename "HijackThis" i had to rename it to start it...

They both dissapear after a second i bring them up why??:confused: .
