Its simple:GF2 is not Capable of DX8 Funktions.So if u want to Bench ur Card corectly you ll have to use 3dMark2000, coze this one is build for DX7 Cards.On GF2/Radeon256 and 7XXX Series DX8...

Its ur Card.Main problem might be the newer AGP Standard, means more Volts on the AGP Bus.Try AGP 1x ore 2x and 64MB Aparture as well.
