500 gph only means that the pump moves 500 gph with no restrictions. The moment the pump is stuck...

Nobody is forcing you to keep the timings at the settings your motherboard automatically put them at. Play around with it some and see what's stable. You can bump the vdimm setting up to 2.8-2.9V...

3D01 loves memory bandwidth, and your extremely lax timings are really hurting you there. Up the voltage and drop the timings.
