well if u got 19900 marks and u only need 100 to get 20.000 i think there is a point for tweaking :p

When u ready to start 3dmark Benchmarking press Alt+Ctl+Del====>Processes(bookmark) find 3dmark2001SE.exe=====>highlight it, right click, Set Priority==>REAL TIME.
Most likely u will have to restart...

I'm not sure but maybe it's a power supplier. If i didn't overclock anything in your system i don't think it could be heat.

Try to unplug the monitor from video card when u do the test, it might give u 100 extra scores, also, did u do memory timing ?
