It fits a P4 socket 478 motherboard. It's a P4 1.6 ghz Williamette core cpu. It only contains 256K cache on it and runs on a higher voltage. It was not one of Intel's best designed cpu at the time.

Oh and look up the motherboard revision(1.03, 1.05 etc). It must be printed somewhere on the board itself, or the first page of the manual. I dont know if using a board revision earlier than 1.03 for...
