As a former owner of 2 of those boards, I have never heard of or seen of that. Your computer rebooting leads to more serious issues. I don't know for sure if it's just your board. Rebooting...

Yes, I remember the earlier PC Chips boards did have issues, but they are more improved. Just remember, these are only value boards for people who want a cheap system and aren't into extreme...

It fits a P4 socket 478 motherboard. It's a P4 1.6 ghz Williamette core cpu. It only contains 256K cache on it and runs on a higher voltage. It was not one of Intel's best designed cpu at the time.

Oh and look up the motherboard revision(1.03, 1.05 etc). It must be printed somewhere on the board itself, or the first page of the manual. I dont know if using a board revision earlier than 1.03 for...
