It was called the Edict of Nantes, so I guess it was issued there. Nantes is in western France. The Edict of Fontainebleau wiped out the Edict of Nantes 87 years later.

BTW, the disk just spins up and the cd is either not recognized by the system or it says that it is not formatted. I cannot read any of the tracks on the cd, new or old.
