That's an interesting approach, Midknyte, but no. It only happened when I upgraded to the next version(s). As I said, just a gripe...but I found it annoying that it offered the checkbox and ignored...

Sure, I have to do that to reset it. Maybe it's been fixed in the latest version, but all other upgrades I've done with Firefox have replaced the homepage with firefox/google.

My only gripe is that even when I uncheck "use Firefox as my default homepage" it takes it over anyway!

You're welcome. Please re-read my last post where I describe parsing the state.sah file. If it's similar to the seti client, then that is how you find out if progress is being made.
